So elated to become a patient of Dr. Smith! I have already felt so welcome and being taken care of. The staff, Andrea & Nicole are so awesome and have gone above and beyond helpful.
I love Dr.Smith and his staff especially Andrea, Amy,Nicole. They are always so informative and kind. They explain what they are going to do and my results are always very good. Does not care about patients. Front of office help is no help at all. Rude should be fired. Every nurse in that front office should be fired. They don't care about patients about the patients in pain or themselves. Once I'm done with this review I will be filing a complaint with the bbb and the medical boars of California and hopefully have there license taken away. I have no words that will convey how grateful, appreciative, and thankful I am for the entire staff, Dr. , admin. I’ve suffered with chronic pain for more than 30 years. I am not a mover and a shaker, but I’m also not a sitter. And sitting was all I was managing until Dr.Smith and staff. I have a pain pump now and I’m off the couch. I have been going to Dr. Smith’s office for over a year! The team and management are exceptional! The medical assistant – Amy is so kind and compassionate and does such an amazing job.
