I've been going to this office for about 6 months. I had to leave Crystal Coast because of insurance change. Intehrated has NO DOCTOR on site. When I asked if I could get a RFA? They didn't even know what it was. Its a procedure to burn the nerves that cause pain. I feel like they just give you meds and thats it! Not happy!
I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR 2 YEARS AND I LOVED THIS PLACE BUT THEY KICKED ME OUT BECAUSE I HAD A FALSE positive for cocaine when it was my Zoloft that made it a false positive I would never touch that crap in my whole life I left my daughters dad because of him doing it cuz I didn't want to be around it it hurts that they now look at me as a drug attic and I loved it there
Was told that I was discharged due to elicit medication and asked to do another urine and she said no. I have ms and would not risk taking it.
I have been a patient here for 2 years. As soon as I walk in, I get greeted by my name. Everyone there is patient, caring, and understanding. Patricia is awesome as she cares about your current situation and makes sure you are taken care of. She is very easy to talk to. I never regret coming here and would never go anywhere else. Anytime i have an issue they are there for me no matter what. I love being a patient here. Patricia Grant has been a blessing in my ability to enjoy life in my wheelchair and my back surgeries. She treats each patient individually and is willing to listen to the patient.VERY DISAPPOINTED SINCE SUMMIT PAIN MANAGEMENT BOUGHT THEM OUT,THE LIMITATIONS AND MANDITORY CUT BACKS ON MEDICATIONS THAT HAVE WORKED GREAT FOR 21/2 YEARS IS FRUSTRATING AND CONFUSING.
