The entry staff here were great, but when it came to the provider the aura changed. Me as being the patient I feel I was treated unjustly and that my medical needs were not meant in the capacity in which I know they could have if this provider wasn't stuck on these preconceived notions that every patient who comes in her office is a drug addict. Worst experience I’ve had in years. They hired new people at the front desk that do not have any idea on how to handle veteran patients. MARANGELY ORTIZ is by far the most disrespectful person I’ve encountered EVER and I’ve been a patient sense 2023. VETERANS BEWARE! Patricia is amazing and thorough. Unfortunately the people in the front desk have zero compassion and lack professionalism.
Patricia Grant has been a blessing in my ability to enjoy life in my wheelchair and my back surgeries. She treats each patient individually and is willing to listen to the patient.
The entire staff are friendly and courteous. I love these gals!!
It not a fun place to go to get your pain management under control !!!! Most the staff are friendly and Courteous. Then you have the one that don't take very good notes in blames the patience for not complying to program. Can you turn down your medication
