IPC has lost another longtime patient because of Jason Genco. I’ve seen many providers here over the years and was always satisfied—until him. He was by far the worst NP I’ve dealt with. He gave misleading information, tried to justify poor practices as “normal,” and made me feel unheard. Reviews were consistently positive until the past couple of months, which coincides with Jason Genco, NP joining the practice. He has been the worst provider I’ve encountered. He is dismissive, interrupts constantly, rushes appointments, and shows little interest in patient history or concerns. He attempted to reduce a medication dosage I’ve been stable on for 9.5 years with no meaningful discussion, which felt judgmental and unsafe. I am in my 60’s and should feel comfortable at this age. I had a failed surgery years ago. Causing ongoing issues with my spine. I have not been pressured to have more surgeries, or pressure of different pain remedies. Altho I've tried almost everything. Thank you Integrated pain and Geny, well I guess they fired Geny. Was sent to Jason, absolutely NO compassion, I am so upset. My pain under controll, now he has got me in spasm 100×s over. The new PA that took Jenny's place is a joke lost a patient that has been going there for years because he just would not listen
I am very happy with Dr. Saint He takes time to sit down and talk to me and answers all my questions and explains what the next steps would be since my pain is not satisfactory reduced
