Don't come here. When I find a great pain management I will edit.. no longer empathize.. honesty is out the window. Place is joke!. They bill your insurance and nothing for you .
The Integrated Pain Consultants were great till it changed ownership hands. Ive called everyday this week about epidurals since last one left me in pain, was told each day "We will call you back today", 4 days later .... Crickets. Plan to just visit tomorrow until get information. Also, the messages on new portal doesn't get answered. I really like the staff, doctor, but lost day of work (on SSDI ticket to work).
I have been coming to this office for two months receiving trigger point injections for extreme lower back pain, with Dr. Damper. I had two successful rounds with him and during my third round, unbeknowst to me, Caron Peterson wasy fill in Dr. for a recent appointment of mine. This is the second time in 2 months that my appointment has been cancelled and rescheduled due to my provider being out for the day but this time no one informed me that I was to have a completely different provider all together. This place has completely turned around since its re opening. Great staff, the building has been completely renovated and a great positive overall atmosphere.
What happened to this place, used to be so good.
