The Mesa front desk staff are pain producer. If you are looking for more pain mentally in your life, go ahead meet them and deal with them If there is zero star, I would not even give them one star.
Don't come here. When I find a great pain management I will edit.. no longer empathize.. honesty is out the window. Place is joke!. They bill your insurance and nothing for you .
The Integrated Pain Consultants were great till it changed ownership hands. Ive called everyday this week about epidurals since last one left me in pain, was told each day "We will call you back today", 4 days later .... Crickets. Plan to just visit tomorrow until get information. Also, the messages on new portal doesn't get answered. I really like the staff, doctor, but lost day of work (on SSDI ticket to work).
I have been coming to this office for two months receiving trigger point injections for extreme lower back pain, with Dr. Damper. I had two successful rounds with him and during my third round, unbeknowst to me, Caron Peterson wasy fill in Dr. for a recent appointment of mine. This place has completely turned around since its re opening. Great staff, the building has been completely renovated and a great positive overall atmosphere.
