Some people just have no concept of customer service. First, I go to go inside and the door was locked although the sign said they were open and the woman I could see inside just ignored me the whole time. I went back sometime later and she was very standoffish and seemed like my presence was an inconvenience to her. Sorry you had to look up from your computer, I was only trying to see if you wanted my money. Definitely going elsewhere and telling the person who recommended them to me to do the same.
Wow! A terrible customer service experience. I've dealt with Clearview orthotics in Burlington go to past 3 years, EXCELLENT customer service, unfortunately they moved, integrated is supposed to be the same company but you sure fooled me. I felt they nickel and dimed me. For $500 you get standard insoles and a $100 pair of shoes. Then they have the nerve to add a never before mentioned $10 service charge on top of the shoes! Adding insult to injury! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE IN EMERGENCY SERVICES TO USE THIS PLACES.
