Had a great experience with Dr Gruber and his office. Was referred to Dr Gruber for a ruptured biceps tendon repair. His staff and the doctor demonstrated great expertise and compassion and arranged for surgery in a matter of days. I was spending the winter in Arizona and also needed a referral for follow up care post the procedure in Minneapolis. Dr Gruber staff's helped facilitate the transfer of records and information making this a fairly seamless process.
Had two office visits with Dr. Gruber prior to my shoulder surgery. Very professional and definitely has patients interests at heart. Treated me like I was the only patient he had, spending more than ample time explaining the problems AND solutions. I had a horrendous experience trying to get my shoulder fixed/repaired by some other Doctor and Dr. Gruber was my final resort, make him your first & only stop. It has only been four days and I am experiencing half the previous pain I had. Thanks
Very minimal wait time. Very friendly staff. Dr. Gruber took the time to listen to me . Performed diagnosis then discussed treatment options. Great doctor.
I was a snowbird passing through Phoenix when a had a serious need issue -- swollen knee, pain, and real difficulty walking. Dr. Gruber was recommended by local friends so I called for an appointment anytime during my one one week stay in Phoenix. Because I was in so much pain, the office worked me in the same day I called. Dr. Gruber was great -- x-ray, diagnosis, resolution. I am now out of pain and doing great. I highly recommend Dr. Gruber, especially for all you permanent residents.
When I saw Dr Gruber 2 years ago, he told me I had arthritis in my knee (even though I really felt I had a meniscus tear). He did not order an MRI. After 2 painful years, I returned to his former office and saw another Dr. An MRI was ordered - there was both an inside and outside meniscus surgery. I had surgery in December, and walked with less pain the next day. Dr Gruber does not listen to his patients, and diagnoses on appearance/age.
