Very knowledgeable about their products and services! Best rates on their service contracts around the northland too! Had a very pleasant experience with the owner of the company. He's a very personal and knowledgeable guy and showed us all advanced features of our new equipment. Integrated Office Solutions has sold my business 2 printer/copier/scanners over 19 years and I have had a positive experience with them. They are quick to answer questions and set up for different networks and wireless systems. The service contract is great and they have been responsive. I would recommend them.
The owner of the business tried to attack my husband with two other guys over a parking spot! Beware. Very violent.
