If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I had heard negative things about this clinic before, but I prefer to try places out myself to make an educated opinion based on experience. To start, the front office staff where rude, they acted as though my presence was bothersome, and we were not worth their time. We felt forced into doing a $600 EEG that 1. The doctor was cold and very rude. They have no business interacting with patients. Front office staff rarely knew what was going on. My technician and counselor were fantastic and once we switched up the protocol due to negative side effects, I had good results. I highly recommend neurofeedback therapy but not here.
I am an ex-patient of this business. My father paid for these services for me when I was in my early teen years. I am currently in my 20s. I was enrolled into the neurofeedback sessions on the premise of certain sensory issues that I had, and depressive symptoms. The neurofeedback sessions themselves were painless, and the staff were fine. That's not what this review is about. I completed their neurofeedback program in 2017 with INPS. It was absolutely amazing for my anxiety and sleep. I had tried many things for years without resolving the issues and neurofeedback resolved it completely. Life changing and could not recommend them enough. You've got to stick with it and go through the whole program - don't give up after a few sessions. THEY CREATED STRESS, ANXIETY AND I AM STILL ANGRY! When I told them I wasn't interested in return visits sure seemed the attitude changed. After MANY attempts to straighten out insurance billing... they place my acct with a collection agency. My insurance company told me they approved the bill, the person that was submitting the bill didn't enter the right code number as when the evaluation was approved. I paid my co pay!
