Called to make an appointment with Dr. Nicholson, had the referral from Sutter Health and the front desk person (Jenny) had zero courtesy and very rude very unhelpful, requested to talk to the manager, Susanne came to the phone, she was worse, would not let you talk to the point that I mentioned tha I would file a complaint, her answer was "do what ever you want". On that tone I hunged the phone up.
We're so lucky to have a Movement Disorders Specialist here in Vallejo! I was afraid I'd have to travel a ways to access this type of specialist, but Dr. Nicholson is right here in town, and she's very kind and empathetic. The reception desk for this clinic is a little weird - you have to go through the Primary Care Clinic to get to it, past the door in the waiting room - but once you get used to that, it's all good.
