I'm a frequent patient & my last 3 visits- 2 for acupuncture & 1 for Dr.Kapner, I arrive early for all visits just to sit and wait 20 minutes to be seen or treated- front desk communication is horrible if you do not speak Spanish- they will not greet or communicate the status of your visit. I'm done with IMSK.
I had a very good experience with the acupuncturist Zi Qui. She takes her time putting the needles and you hardly feel them going in. After removing them, she makes sure that the tightness is gone by giving you a good massage. Her treatments helped me a lot with my shoulder and mid back pain. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to try acupuncture.
Zhi Qi she is the best acupuncturist. I recommend her!
I like to say a good word for Zhi Qi who does acupuncture. I never had acupuncture before, Zhi made me comfortable and explained everything. She is caring and very good at her job. I highly recommend her services. No pain. Acupuncture feels great.
