Thorough exam and explanation of my condition.
We went in around 7:45am, by 7:50ish we had all of the paperwork filled out, and within 3-4 minutes of handing in the papers we were called in. The nurse was very nice and answered all of the questions that we had. The doctor came in and by just describing the symptoms she knew what was wrong, but confirmed it win an examination. We were done by 8:30, less than an hour to fill out paperwork, wait, and talk to both a nurse and doctor. Not our first time going there and wont be our last.
The staff was very professional, friendly and capable. I knew I would have to wait and asked if I could do a few errands while I waited and didn’t want to lose my place. They said of course and took my cell number....called me 15 minutes before I would be seen. What a concept,!!!!
Overall great experience
Dr b is great. I was really sick and she checked me out, made a diagnosis and called in a script. She is pleasant, efficient and effective. Wish she could be my primary care doc!
It was easy as my script was electronically sent by my physician.The staff was awesome and it was quick which everyone likes!!Couldn't be more happy with my experience!!
Had cough, sore throat-there was a very short wait, wonderful attention to detail and service!
The doctor and nurse were very professional and caring
I know I could have run into a full room but i didn't. Excellent visit and very professional. I would highly recommend.
