Very disappointing experience for my recurring ankle sprain. Was given an X-Ray order before coming in and got the X-rays, only to be told by the doctor that they were mistakenly given for the foot and not ankle. He blamed the x-ray lab for 'reading them wrong'. I was asked to get them re-done, which had to be re-done at my own expense, and to come back for another visit, again at my own expense.
