Rushes appointments. Shows impatience when attempting to explain something. She only wants yes and no answers. Referral process is horrendous! I have had to cancel appointments with specialists due to their inefficiency with referrals. When medications need pre-auth's or exceptions they do not call and just say the insurance didn't approve. Correct, they do not approve those needs unless they call and they don't. It took 3 months to get one of my meds. Dr and team are amazing
I was able to get in to see Dr. Mickey the same day I inquired about an appointment. The staff was friendly as usual and Dr. Mickey diagnosed me and got me on my way to recovery. Always leave there feeling confident about my discussion with Dr. Mickey.
Dr Mikey is a very detailed doctor !! Even thou I see for basic she needs has my issues dialed in !!!
