Customer service is horrible. When you call they never answer they direct you to either send a text message or email instead. The first text you get seems like an automated text message tells you to fill out forms and forward them to a specific email so they can contact you and schedule an appointment. I never got a call to schedule I contacted them 3 weeks later and finally what it looked like a real human person texting back.
