2nd Updated review- Still seeing Chelsea Greenwood for nearly 2 years now, she has been an amazing healthcare provider- I was a MESS when I first landed in her office, my physical and mental health were very poor, I was not really functioning at all. She's been very compassionate and always helps me set realistic goals for my health, including my mental health and just trying to be a healthier person. Waited half an hour just to be told that my blood test couldn't be done, receptionist tried to help but the girl who does blood tests was rude, arrogant and made a face when asked if she could please do the test since my refferal was made before that department closed. I didn't feel welcome at that point and decided to go home instead, I understand staff here go through a lot but there was no need for that.

Finally got hold of someone in the office! Have left 4 messages over a 1 week period, their answer, I’m sorry we’re behind. This is a doctors office!!!!! Not one call returned and told now I need an appointment in order to get prescriptions refilled, yet no one called. I like my doctor, but his office is very poorly managed. Not a good experience and not sure they have any adults working for them. D

David might be the only good doctor in here, everyone else is rude and makes you feel pressured to hurry up, in reality nobody cares about you in this building.

Staff is rude, physicians don't care and nothing is ever on time. Thanks for nothing.
