Everything was perfect
Iva really is amazingly intelligent she has a great way to relate scientific terms into everyday English for me.
This was my first visit, everyone was friendly and polite. Nurse practitioner Tirres was very informative and professional. She was also very detailed with directives and follow up.
9/30/25... My last visit a couple weeks ago was very different. NP Tirres was extremely nice, didn't seem rushed, seemed concerned and explained everything thoroughly. It's like she'd read my review-which is a good thing. This is the kind of interaction the medical field SHOULD have with their patients. I was quite happy with this visit, and I'm going to continue to stay with Iva Tirres. Maybe she was having a bad day?! Who knows?!
