The team here with Dr Rampal was very thorough and explained everything!! I’m very happy !
This practice is horrible. Have seen 2 doctors here. Rude staff, incorrect claims and billing, many appointments canceled by office, even when in the building going to check in. Could not get in to see the cardiologist that did a procedure for follow up visits and left on meds for a year that should have been stopped a couple months after the procedure. Incorrect test printout given to tech, therefore could have had a test done that could have greatly harmed me. Do yourself a favor and find another practice.
I have been going to IMS for a long time and I would not go anywhere else
The entire staff is friendly while also being professional. Heart disease is serious and I completely trust their recommendations.
