Outstanding service.
I had to go to urgent care. Was told I have pulmonary adima. Call the Doctor they said it'd be next week before it gets back to me that's unacceptable. It doesn't seem like they Care. because I don't know what my next move is. So if my heart goes. I gotta wait until next week before I get an answer. What kind of place tells you that very unacceptable? I've been going here for over 5. Yes, I don't understand why. You can't talk to a Doctor it's Friday morniagain. It's very unacceptable.
I’ve seen both Dr Sumar and Dr Seth, and both were unapologetically apathetic and incompetent. They prided themselves on negligent care practices, and had zero capacity to fein “caring.” Today Seth (I’m hesitant to give them the satisfaction of the “Dr” title), got verbally combative with me after I advocated for myself by calling out a blatant lie he was trying to tell me.
