Michael and his team were GREAT. The only folks to use in town. Michael showed us how to use everything. Waited until we convinced him we knew how [!], and took a few phone calls to answer questions as soon as he left. Wonderful customer service and people!
My recent experience with the Integrated Media organization has been excellent! They designed and installed our outdoor entertainment for the new pool and outdoor living space. When I encountered a sporadic issue with the sound system, the Integrated Media team responded quickly and professionally. They made a change to the wiring of the speakers which resolved the problem. Rude on the phone zero interest to talk or help, I don’t know why they do merchandise and have a dumb answering the phone. Called 15:10 asking about a receiver repair.
