Technicians are very professional and polite. However the dispatchers are rude and unprofessional. One in particular, named Marsha. Called to find out what time my technician would be at my home. Hands down one of the most professional, friendly and honest companies I've worked in the Triangle. I've had them come out twice now, once for a general AC service/tune-up in the heat of summer and again when my unit wouldn't run. After not getting a reply from other local companies, I gave IMS a call on a whim. They were responsive, came out quickly and had a refreshingly honest approach.
