I Just had a quote on leaking evaporator coils and freon from IME after inspecting the situation and it's nearly the same cost as when I purchased new in 2016. I always liked the service from IME but this is an astronomically high quote. The unit is a 3.5 ton for 1599 sq ft house. The unit has never put out very cold air in the 10 years I have had it. They do poor work, cause damage to your home, lie, then ghost you. Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services, LLC installed two new AC units and gas furnaces in my home on 6/14/20. On the morning of 6/15/20, I woke up to find water on the upstairs landing floor, and paint hanging from the ceiling directly below where the attic units were placed.
