ILC has been the worst company I have ever worked for. I had to take a ESI training class and the instructor wanted to make the training as real as possible,By the end of the class I walked out needed shoulder surgery and a year and a half of physical therapy. The best part was I had my supervisor going behind my back spreading lies that I was faking my injury.
