Despicable and inappropriate.
This is the worst repair company I've ever done business with. 5 months to repair a wash machine, that's been unworking properly for 2 years!
I have been getting tired of not being able to open our windows properly. Our windows have been shot since day 1 of us getting the apartment. Our first year we didn't have ac and we couldn't open our windows properly so we put in a maintenance request to fix it. The back part of the window would always slam down just leaving the thin layer of glass exposed so we didn't feel safe opening the windows.
