This was messed up from the get go. First call from integrated woke me up at 6:30 am. I’m on the west coast. Next call was to confirm what mask I needed. Thought I was finally getting somewhere. Received my first box. Big box, with a whole new machine and the WRONG mask. Don’t need a new machine. Next call was to tell them I got the wrong mask and didn’t need a machine and to send me a label to ship EVERYTHING back. Got the next box, had the correct mask, water chamber and shipping label. The company in question is highly unsatisfactory. It employs two incompetent young women, Vanessa Hall and Rebeca Gonzales, who prioritize their own interests over the well-being of patients. Their lack of responsiveness to calls and emails further exacerbates the situation. This company exhibits a profound lack of professionalism and is, in my opinion, the worst I have encountered.
This company is a joke they send you the worse equipment and charge you the highest price .
They do not have correct answers to meet with insurance policy
