Desastroso el servicio...después de luchar por dias para una orden para la maquina de CPAP ...envían la orden equivocada dándoles la referencia...modelo y toda la información requerida para los suplementos...y ahora salen que tengo que pedir de nuevo la orden al Doctor primario para que cambien lo que ustedes enviaron equivocado...que horror...no entiendo como hacen para seguir en el mercado con semejante negligencia y esa falta de atención....remalos...no los recomiendo...
My mother utilized the service of Integrated and I am happy to report the professionalism of the staff, the care and courtesy extended to my family. I was truly impressed. This was the first time using the service and I was generally informed of the level of service expected and the procedures. Mention must be made of Fernando who provided the hospital bed and commode. This is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever worked. Management constantly micromanages employees to the point where it feels like you’re not trusted to do your job at all. Instead of being treated like capable adults, staff are often spoken to and handled like children. The environment becomes even more frustrating if you’re working under the supervisor and manager in the ERD room. There’s a clear lack of respect, poor communication, and an overall negative atmosphere that makes it difficult to feel valued or supported.... read more
Look like this company doesn't care about patients or their needs. They have no concept of how important it is for patients to receive their products quickly. I have been waiting for over three weeks for a sleep machine for my mother; I called, and it turns out they had the order since 03/02 I spoke with a supervisor, and she didn't even call me back. They do a terrible job. That's why they have such bad reviews.
Integrated is the most horrible company I've ever had to deal with when you call they can't give you an answer they can't even tell you what it cost they can't get the orders right they don't communicate to the patient they don't listen to the patient they are horrible and I'm so sick of it that I'm going to hunt for insurance that does not contract out to integrated please I hope the insurance company stops using them
