I get bills for items that I’ve paid over 1 year ago. They have major billing issues.
The first day they were suppose to deliver the driver lied stated he came to my home and I wasn't there. My front door was open waiting on them. Plus they had my phone number. I had to call their office to learn they chose to reschedule me. I told them yesterday I would not wait as long today. Today the driver messaged me he was 3 miles away. This agency is the absolute worse!!! I hate that AvMed makes me deal with them. They have the worse customer service, communication and have a complete lack of empathy. If you have a choice in the matter go elsewhere!!!!!!
