Integrated Home Care Services charged my Medicare Advantage provider in December 2024 and January 2025 for a medical bed that was picked up on November 4, 2024. Called integrated customer service twice to resolve. Each time started to explain the purpose of the call and the rep hung up on me.
Run from this company as fast as you can. Service is so bad and the people who work for them know it. Don't use them!!!!!!
Worst billing system ever! They send bills 6-10 months after the date of service. Their customer service reps have NO information when I’ve inquired. I’ve never been quite this frustrated with such a lack of service.
NO STARS and NO Participation Ribbon! This is a horrible company! Doing business with them has caused me nothing but stress and aggravation and they still never got me the right product after 3 attempts! Avoid them if you are able.
horrible they do not respect patient choice, i choose another agency yet i ended up with south east home health, i wonder why?
