Terrible communication and person who called was rude. Hope they treat their clients better.
If there was star lower I would give this agency. Rude management who after 12 years informed my 90 year old wheelchair bound mother they would not be providing services within 3 days. No letter received just rumors from the aides that this would be happening. Management to the director are heartless and rude. Warning stay away from this horrible agency. It's all about the money for them!
