I being in this clinic for a long time my kids too Since they were born, everything ok but now is not like before I being waiting for a response for almost a week from them and I haven’t received any response. My son need a vaccine and if he doesn’t get the vaccine he won’t be able to go to school.. I think they’re lazy or idk what’s wrong 😡
When you call, the recording says you can make an appointment on their website. WHERE is the website. THERE IS NO ACTIVE WORKING WEBSITE. When you call their LOCATION ON WESTWOOD BLVD. They never pick up. They RUN BOTIQUE Hours.. They are NOT THERE ON FRIDAYS. I was there to pick up a prescription once, and two of the staff AT THE FRONT decided to turn off the phones so they don't have to answer them. When you call their location on Westwood Blvd. They never pick up. I was there to pick up a prescription once, and two of the staff decided to turn off the phones so they don't have to answer them. They have no consideration and empathy for the patients calling and NEEDING MEDICAL HELP. None of the doctors are doing anything about this. Very Sad
