They do not answer phone most the time. Hard to schedule or cancel appointment. Very hard to ask provider a question. Unfortunately they are unprofessional. Although staff does seem nice if or when when you do talk to them. Doctor seems to see you on his schedule not yours. Short staffed?

Called three times. Each time was jumped from one answer to another until finally told to leave a message. Left message each time about my husband's fall and injured arm. Never heard back.

Did not respond to faxes and phone calls about my parent's health who was living in an assisted living facility. Only responded after parent was placed in hospice, then called yelling that they needed to sign off on it. If you do not respond when patient needs medical assistance, you can not receive the fee for signing paperwork.
