Awesome service and expert staff!
This place is a complete joke. The NP asked me to do this expensive gene test and the insurance denied it. She gave me a trial medication and I told her that I cannot afford it even with manufacturer's discount. Both the insurance and the pharmacist also tried to reach her. Even if the gene site exam shows that there is a slight side effects on me, still, the insurance wanted me to try it out. I also said I'm willing to try. If I could give zero stars, I would. This office is incredibly unprofessional, specifically Jordan. It is absolutely pathetic that a psychiatrist—someone trained in empathy and mental health—would have the audacity to roll her eyes at a patient during a session. Jordan openly mocked and minimized a serious discussion regarding emotional infidelity and broken trust.
