I have called several times to get something setup to have a PT come to my home after total hip replacement surgery. My doctor sent them a referral/authorization and they were suppose to call me and let me know the status and no one has called me back after numerous times calling them. Worst drives ever
Worst DME to deal with.
The only people that have done any good for my services are the nice man that came the 3rd and 4th time and the 2 young fellas that came on Dec.5 & 6th and were BOTH given the wrong equipment to replace for me. I also just found out that my insurance co and myself have paid full price for a REFURBISHED machine and that surely does not sound right to me. I am following this thru with my insurance co and the insurance commissioner if I have to.
