Quite honestly appalled at the incompetence of the billing department. Doc was great for our needs. Too bad when a customer is caught in the middle of an issue that by all accounts was misunderstanding between insurer and doctor, they are unwilling to help.
Integrated Health and Behavior's office is very clean and peaceful, it is never crowded or loud in any way. The front desk attendants are welcoming and attentive, appointments are always on time and calls are returned quickly. Dr. Wirthlin has excellent clinical skills, knowledge and experience, he is an attentive listener and is respectful of all concerns and feelings. He is professional and personable, shows genuine appreciation for the patient and is willing to spend as much time as is needed for an optimal outcome.
