I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk, specifically the receptionist named Janelle. I arrived 6 minutes late to my appointment and was told-very rudely and while walking away from me -that I will have to reschedule, and there is "no grace period," which I later learned is not true. It was clear this was because the staff was preparing to go to lunch. If the office cannot accommodate patients close to noon, then 11:45am appointments should not be scheduled. Just love her,she listens to her patients
I chose this office due to their ‘holistic’ approach. I walked into the office at 9:48am and was back in my car by 10:04am. This includes checking in, seeing the assistant and *maybe* five minutes tops with the actual doctor. When I did finally see the doctor, she asked if I had any issues-my gut, she was quick to say she could prescribe an antibiotic for gas. This practice does not value your time. I was a new patient and it took almost two months to get an appointment. I heard good things so I was okay with it. I received a new patient intake packet and completed the online form which took about a half hour to complete on my phone. I was told last week it never went through. They sent me an electronic form that I could print and complete a hard copy but to be helpful I completed it online again but this time on my computer. Christina is by far the best PC that my husband and I've had. She is kind and caring but at the same time she tells it like it is. I have and will continue to recommend her to others.
