The doctor was a nice man and seemed to know what he was doing but the receptionist and billing person do not have a clue. They sent me a bill from 2 years ago saying my insurance didn't pay them. The last time they tried to bill my insurance was over a year ago. So I guess they decided to ignore it and now say oh well they didn't pay and it's 2 years later so you are on the hook. Knowing that I don't have that insurance any more so I can't do anything about it. They have done this to over 30 people as they admitted it to me... read more
