I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I’ve been working out here for about 6 years now. Through a shoulder/neck injury, to chronic hip pain, I was still able to get strong and lose weight with the guidance of the trainers and physical therapists. I’ve been training here for over three months. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They tailor exercises to my specific goals and fitness level. Highly recommend for anyone.

I was never one for being motivated to go to a gym. My husband joined Integrated Fitness 2 years ago and his transformation is incredible. He urged me to try it and I love this gym! They have personalized programs for me that have given me the confidence that I need to be a healthier me. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and everyone is warm and welcoming!
