I have been working with trainers at Integrated Fitness for several months and couldn't be happier. My two trainers, Elle and Fernando are awesome, as well as my Physical Therapist Ana. After an initial evaluation with Ana a plan was developed and they immediately began working with me to strengthen my weak areas . They regularly update my plan as I progress in addition to giving me exercises to do at home in order to speed up my progress. Exceptional and careful attention to detail sets Integrated fitness apart from any fitness/physical therapy services I’ve ever had. Ellie, Fernando, Ana, & Sandy are professional, kind and have shown concerned for my wellbeing. Every trainer /staff member is approachable and helpful.
