Integrated Fitness is amazing! The personal trainers are hands on to your specific needs! I want to shout out to my awesome trainers Charlie and Luigi! The atmosphere is motivating without being at all intimidating! Anyone looking for personal one on one training--look no more as this is the gym and trainers for you!

I’m so grateful to have found this place. Kevin has been amazing to train with. I’ve learned so much about my body, since this program is so specialized and I have felt much stronger as the weeks go by. Every session I learn some new exercise or stretch. Kevin listens intently whenever I mention any pain or discomfort. I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I’ve been working out here for about 6 years now. Through a shoulder/neck injury, to chronic hip pain, I was still able to get strong and lose weight with the guidance of the trainers and physical therapists.
