If you know that there are limited workers please do not advertise that you guys “serve” most of eastern North Carolina. They do not handle cases in a timely manner and there is never an on call worker to help you and guide you in person, for your desperate time of need.This place used to be good a few years back but now when I call for help it takes hours to for Someone to get to me or even call me so much for a “mobile crisis”.
This place needs to be shut down they do not care about your mental health your wellbeing or anything in that category I feel bad for anyone that’s ever reached out and been shut down and ignored this is why people are scared to reach out and speak up now because we always get shut down
My kids have been going here for a few years now, all the staff members are so friendly and we love Dr. Davis she’s amazing and very thorough! She always has such a stern serious face it makes me laugh so I always try to get a smile out of her They are always on top of everything my kids have needed! Thank you all for everything! You are the best!!!! Definitely Recommend this place 150% five stars all the way!!!
The only thing good here is the Day treatment that helps my child with behavior. But as for Doctors like Davis and Reynolds they both lack in the attention that their patients need. I am from NJ just moved here and I have never experienced anything like this. So again I love the Day treatment but everything else horrible.
I went to this clinic at the beginning of December for a mental health assessment. I was complaining of suicidal ideation, severe depression and severe anxiety. After several insulting comments from the person who assessed me, they finished my assessment by telling me they would call me tomorrow with an appointment. I found out later that they are not supposed to let people leave an assessment without having an appointment in place already.
