My daughter only talk to her therapist one time and they scheduled appointment and never inform . I had to call and then they told me about the appointment . The day of the appointment I never received email for telheath appointment. I call back and therapist was supposed to send email and never did I csll again now therapist wants to reschedule. Now its going on two months and my daughter still have not talk to therapist. I wouldn't recommend this place to ni one.
Can’t give 0 so. This is supposed to be an urgent care for mental health patients. How come there is no physician on the weekends. Mental health crisis don’t just happen m-f. If this is supposed to be an urgent care then y’all have drastically failed your patients and community.
