Can’t give 0 so. This is supposed to be an urgent care for mental health patients. How come there is no physician on the weekends. Mental health crisis don’t just happen m-f. If this is supposed to be an urgent care then y’all have drastically failed your patients and community.
If you know that there are limited workers please do not advertise that you guys “serve” most of eastern North Carolina. They do not handle cases in a timely manner and there is never an on call worker to help you and guide you in person, for your desperate time of need.This place used to be good a few years back but now when I call for help it takes hours to for Someone to get to me or even call me so much for a “mobile crisis”.
This place needs to be shut down they do not care about your mental health your wellbeing or anything in that category I feel bad for anyone that’s ever reached out and been shut down and ignored this is why people are scared to reach out and speak up now because we always get shut down
Inquired about requesting copy of Emotion Support Animal letter. Lady on the phone said this office doesn’t make those documents. (Even tho I already had been provided with the latter last year) and told me that that is a letter that only PRIMARY CARE DOCTORS produce. Was very Ride. This is exactly why I discontinued services with this office. Rude front desk staff && unprofessional careless providers.
