I love IFS. My AC was out in the extreme heat called them at 7:30 and they were here by noon. the service guy was very nice and polite. Did a good job. Highly recommend.
Normally I would care to write a review for something like this, however a recurring issue with this company that I’ve seen is that several of their company vehicles are being driven like race cars, even during rush hour traffic. Today was the breaking point for me as it wasn’t someone else that was involved in a near miss with one of these idiots, it was me. Please get a handle on your company vehicles before someone gets seriously hurt.
Left lane blockers. I watched one of their vans block the left lane of 141 from 30 to 21 yesterday, going so far as to ride their brakes to avoid passing the car on right and keep pace with them with 13 cars by my count were stuck behind. Loser behavior that means I will denigrate this company to everyone I can locally going forward
