Fantastic experience from start to finish. The optical department team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Dr. Slinger was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would highly recommend the whole team to anyone I know.

Went in and had the eye exam and signed up for 2 pairs of new glasses, one was a normal set of glasses and one set of sunglasses. They ran my insurance information and gave me the bill at the end of the exam. I paid the bill and waited for my glasses to arrive. New glasses came in, I picked them up, nobody said anything about money owed, and have been wearing them for quite some time. Our family absolutely loves each individual at Integrated. We have been with their office for over 4 years now and every visit is a visit we look forward to. The kindness they always show, remembering things we told them from months ago and asking how it went. (It blew me away) We have never felt rushed during our appointment, and we have never waited more than 15 minutes for our appointments.
