Went in and had the eye exam and signed up for 2 pairs of new glasses, one was a normal set of glasses and one set of sunglasses. They ran my insurance information and gave me the bill at the end of the exam. I paid the bill and waited for my glasses to arrive. New glasses came in, I picked them up, nobody said anything about money owed, and have been wearing them for quite some time. Our family absolutely loves each individual at Integrated. We have been with their office for over 4 years now and every visit is a visit we look forward to. The kindness they always show, remembering things we told them from months ago and asking how it went. (It blew me away) We have never felt rushed during our appointment, and we have never waited more than 15 minutes for our appointments. Dr. Taran came in on a Saturday to remove a cactus hair from inside my upper eyelid. It was infected and encapsulated scratching my cornea and causing a lot of pain. My original optometrist could not find the bugger, and E. R. could see but didn’t have the tools or experience to remove it. Thank you so much! You have a new patient here
