Their electrician broke a light twice that he was supposed to install and it was all paid for. The 3rd time he came out to install the light that was supposed to be installed in our new build before we even purchased it, they had the nerve to send is a bill!! Both the office and the guy who came out knew that we did not schedule the service ourselves and that it was the builder's responsibility. They did the electric in our new build. We had daily issues in the kitchen with the inability to run more than one appliance at once, including appliances on independent circuits. Builder sent Integrated out three times to troubleshoot, and the Integrated electricians couldn't care less. They wouldn't truly hear our concerns and kept blaming the appliances.
