The staff here were incredibly helpful and had such a cheerful demeanor, which helped ease my nerves during the testing process. The environment felt supportive and professional. One suggestion for improvement, if future funding allows, would be to consider adjustable desks. The desk I used was too high, and I found myself craning my neck upwards for the duration of my 1.5-hour exam, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, though, it was a positive experience and I appreciated the team's kindness.

So I have gone to IDT 2 times now for my NCARB professional licensing exams. Both experiences have been FANTASTIC thus far. The check in is super quick, the exam stations are clean and comfortable, and the staff has always been super friendly and accommodating in their facilitation of my exam experiences. They are very quick and to the point with my exam's security procedures which helps a lot with the stress. Parking is on the same site and its free for the first 90 minutes.
