I work for a physician treating a patient that had recent imaging at this facility. When I called to get a report on a patient that was standing right here at the office, and physician waiting for report, the girl on the phone at IDC basically refused to send the report to me. She said it would be "breaking the HIPAA law". She needs to read the law again!!!
