New Owner, New Business, Hate to say too much except my Appointment today was wonderful. Deborah greeted me and Took all necessary information. Dr Williams explained what needed to be done in my next 2 appointments. Appointments made for 2 weeks ahead, not 3 months. Clean, friendly office & staff.
I took my daughter for treatment for a few months here without seeing any results. Once a treatment change plan came up they had us do blood work, while insurance approved the claim. NEVER got a call back; I called a few times to get an update but they just kept saying they were waiting on insurance. They literally left a patient fall through the cracks!
