I took my daughter for treatment for a few months here without seeing any results. Once a treatment change plan came up they had us do blood work, while insurance approved the claim. NEVER got a call back; I called a few times to get an update but they just kept saying they were waiting on insurance. They literally left a patient fall through the cracks!
After waiting nine months for an appointment it was canceled six days before because I did not preregister. This cancellation was after I received a confirmation of the appointment the day before. I did not receive any notice that i should preregister at least a week before the scheduled appointment. Stay away from this office! They don’t care about their patients.
I was pleased with office staff. I had a great experience and Dr D took 2 little bumps off. I will be going back. Thank you I. D.
Last year I had three Mohs surgeries and was so pleased with the Drs and staff. Well now all I can say is stay away. I had a biopsy on September and after weeks of phone calls not being answered and messages left with no response four weeks later I was told I had another basal cell that would need Mohs surgery. Now I cannot get that surgery scheduled. I have been calling for a month with no response so I finally went to the office in person and was told it could take up to 6 months to schedule surgery. They have THE most flawed system when it comes to communication. I waited MONTHS for my appointment only to be told my appointment was canceled because I did not register online. I never received an email, phone call, snail mail, nothing. Please do not go here. If you have something urgent this is not the place to go. They do not care about their patients, or prospective patients.
