Please do not go here. I went for a skin cancer check. Every doctor I ever went to goes over every inch of your skin. For my appointment it was a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor, she looked at a quick few moles and that was it. When I asked why she isn’t going over all my skin she said it “seemed” fine. For 40 years I have never had such a lackluster job done. I went and got a second opinion and had to have spots biopsied.
PA Donnell and Doctor Kelsey were both fantastic treating my basal cell cancer growth on my temple as were all the staff. Removal was fast and the sutures were expertly done. No scar after only 3 months. Highly recommend.
Reception is VERY rude at Simsbury location. I just called to ask simple questions to see if I was eligible to be a new client. She made it very clear that she did not want to be on the phone (even though it's her job) and to answer any of my questions. I ended up calling the Enfield location and the woman I spoke to was SO much nicer, more informative and very empathetic. I do not recommend calling Simsbury location AT ALL. Everyone was friendly and helpful, no waiting, on time. Didn't feel rushed. Excellent nurse practitioner.
Michael Lund is not a doctor in name only. I guess he's just technically a practitioner but the man knows everything about skin. I'm blessed with multiple conditions, and he treats them all expertly. Could not possibly be any happier with the care I receive there. Perhaps they changed receptionists. The one I've been interacting with is wonderful.
