Everyone was great. Thankyou for all you do
Doctors are absolutely amazing very nice and helpful but the front desk ladies are very rude and unprofessional talking about personal things loudly and when I go to check in they are obviously annoyed that I am confused the past 2 times I have went I have had a different lady and still got the same attitude.
How do you let someone sit in a gown in a hot room for 45 minutes waiting for a skin check? No one came in to tell me what was going on or to apologize for the lateness. I got dressed and walked out. AND the lady at the front desk said nothing but “ I’ll tell her”. Horrible business practice. We are talking dermatology.. Are you kidding me?
I see Maya for regular visits. She is so nice and makes you feel comfortable. I’ve also been worked in with Maya for poison ivy and an inflamed cyst. In a regular visit Maya found a spot that was basal cell on my jaw. This week I had MOHS surgery with Dr Kelsey. He was also very nice so was his team. He was able to get all the cancer and hide the incision so it won’t show. Fabulous job!
