Office staff was kind and helpful. Dr was so patient and receptive to questions.
Dr. Payette is great but the reception is bad. Called to make an appointment in which I was clearly confused and reception did not offer to send a note to Doctor or clarify anything but made it sound like it was my fault for being so confused. When I asked if I could have a note sent to doctor to confirm whether a 15 minute appointment was sufficient for a *PROCEDURE* the receptionist huffed and said, "okay yeah I'll send a note to him and then he can get back to you goodbye," then I said "excuse me," and she put me on hold ... read more
