I had a great 1st appointment and fo back in two weeks because I decided to start getting skin cancer screens there. The PA I saw was super friendly and very informative.
Raleigh Dermatology is not recommended. There is only one doctor. The rest of the "associates" are not doctors and that's who they have you meet with. The ladies at the counter are not friendly. They over book and the wait time can be very long. There are plenty of other dermatologists in Raleigh. No need to go to a crappy place like this. I feel a one star rating is too high for this place, but the system wouldn't allow me to put less than one star. Southern Dermatology was much better and easy to get in and out.
I had an appointment scheduled one MONTH ahead of time. I arrived at 9:13 and my appointment was at 9:15. I had worked my work schedule around this appointment since it is essential to make appointments for Accutane one month after the last. I walked up to the front desk at 9:35 to see when I would be called back, as I had already been waiting 20 minutes. At 9:42 I was told a nurse was going to come collect me, however, this was 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The nurse never came out, and I had to leave to go to ... read more
Waiting time for simple mole removal was over 90 days. Co pay was $60 just to schedule a future appt. Never again.
