Terrible customer service. I tried calling this office four different times just to schedule a simple dermatology appointment. The first three times, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. On the fourth call, when I finally managed to explain what I needed, she was even more unprofessional and shockingly disrespectful. This is absolutely unacceptable. Mashpee location:patient beware! They tell you they take Cigna when you make the appointment, but when you get the bill, it's all on you because they use the provider's wrong tax id that your insurance won't cover! Their practice manager won't take your call to discuss the error, their billing department is just as useless and doesn't want to hear any of your insurance's explanation as to why they denied covering your routine yearly apt which should have been covered had they used the correct tax id! James Diamantopoulos, ”Jake”, PA, has been a wonderful help to me! I feel safe, heard, & well cared for.
