Had an appointment to get some things checked out for my skin, got 3 different prescriptions and they only sent one to my pharmacy, called multiple times trying to see where the other prescriptions were, or if they can just resend it. they never call back and never answer to phones either. Not a pleasant place to get treated at.
I called to request office costs and first availability, but they would only give me their availability once I provided a deposit. Unsure why I can’t find the earliest availability before I enter my credit card information.
I made an appointment with this place 4 months ago for March. They called and left a message saying the doctor wouldn't be in that day and to call back and rebook. I have called 3 times and left messages and Noone calls back. Looking at other reviews, I would consider another place. Good Luck
Had our first time experience with the Chesapeake office. The check-in and check -out receptionist were both polite. The Dr was super helpful and thoroughly explained everything. I just don’t think the nurse was having a good day. Maybe we’ll get a different nurse next time.
Had a typical cancer skin screening in July, with no phone call as to the results. They did manage to find me and send me the bill, and then I get a phone call two weeks before the end of the year telling me I have skin cancer, and I need to come in. Then I scheduled the appointment, and I’m 10 minutes late, and they would not see me. I will never come back to this place again, they are unprofessional and just plain rude.
