Had our first time experience with the Chesapeake office. The check-in and check -out receptionist were both polite. The Dr was super helpful and thoroughly explained everything. I just don’t think the nurse was having a good day. Maybe we’ll get a different nurse next time.
Had a typical cancer skin screening in July, with no phone call as to the results. They did manage to find me and send me the bill, and then I get a phone call two weeks before the end of the year telling me I have skin cancer, and I need to come in. Then I scheduled the appointment, and I’m 10 minutes late, and they would not see me. I will never come back to this place again, they are unprofessional and just plain rude. Absolutely the worst medical type facility I’ve ever been to. I have waited months for my appointment (military/Tricare process) and finally got in for the first time 6 weeks ago. I have been dealing with some sort of rash/severe irritation on my neck and face. Blotchy itchy red skin that looks like I dipped my head in acid sometimes when it’s really flared up. I went for my yearly check up. She found a bump on the top of my head. She removed, not cancerous. I love going there, they are all very efficient & friendly. No wait time either.
I've come to this location for about 6 months. The staff is always nice and the place is very clean. However, I had a very uncomfortable experience on my last visit! The door to the exam suite is always open. Since the place is very small, you can hear the nurses talking. My appointment was on Oct. 31 at 7:30am. I heard a nurse going off on someone.
