The whole staff at Integrated Dentistry is wonderful! They saw my husband here recently on an emergency visit. All went great! Dr. Derrick Johnson is so professional, funny and very caring! Highly recommend coming here especially if you want to safely remove toxic mercury from your fillings like they did last year for my husband as well! God bless them all!
Extremely disappointed with how this business handles insurance and payments. They don’t know what they’re doing. They’ve massively misquoted what insurance “should cover” and can’t seem to figure out how to submit insurance claims correctly. This has happened 3 times now and I’m currently planning to find a new dentist for our family.
*edit: after i gave integrated dentistry a 1 star review, they cancelled all of my appointments and told me to go somewhere else! They did not even try to smooth things over* -I made my first appointment for x-rays and a cleaning. I was there for 30min. They did the xrays, but told me they didn’t make enough time for my cleaning and I’d have to make a separate appointment…
Dr. Johnson is thorough in his exams, friendly and professional. I am 75 years old, and have been struggling with health problems for the past few years. My husband and I are very impressed by Dr. Johnson's careful attention to applying the best possible holistic treatment for my denture procedures, and to my crowns. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I rate this office, on a scale of 1 to ten, 10 being excellent, a 9.
