Diana was a great hygienist! No pain for a deep cleaning and very nice too.
I am very happy with my current care team. Dr. Eliassen does great work. Stephanie is an awesome hygienist. And Karissa was so patient and skilled in adjusting my night guard to near perfection yesterday!
Dr. Elliasen and her team are absolutely incredible. My child had some PTSD from prior dental experiences that have left her terrified to go to the dentist. We drive over an hour to come see her, and it’s worth the drive! She is so kind and patient. We love the extra options they offer like single tooth anesthesia and GBT. She now asks when she can go back to see her. Thank you for your wonderful care, we will be patients for forever!
These women are sick. (NOT their techs. I had great experiences with them) But these dentists and their staff were so very rude and thought it was fun (?) to play with someone's head, someone who was very well-known to them to have serious PTSD, having told their tech some very very serious details of why that PTSD happened, in detail. Complete detail....and then... after being rude so many times were somehow surprised that I called to cancel my appointments.
