I love the doctor here, he is wonderful however the office staff leave a lot to be desired. I made an apt after not being there for some years, took time off from my job because I am in significant pain and the office decided to call me the day before my apt to tell me that they could do it because they needed more time for the apt. They had limited options and didn’t care at all that I had already been in significant pain for days. I won’t be going back which is unfortunate because I really loved the chiropractor there.
Want to shout out how wonderful Both chiro and PT are at this agency. Dr. Mike, Dr. John and front desk staff are great, knowledgeable, caring people. Everyone got me back in shape after this tough winter. Cannot thank them enough.
