The turnover here is incredibly disappointing. In the last year we have gone through 3 OT therapists and 1 speech therapist. Sessions have been minimized to 30 minutes. I can’t give them one star because the therapists we have worked with have been great and our last OT was phenomenal. They just can’t manage to hold on to their employees. Also Mary the receptionist is a saint for everything she has to deal with here. Currently looking for a new location to treat my kids at. Get it together ICT. :(
During the COVID shutdown they were very fast to react so that services could be continued remotely.
Have been coming here for over a year and loved every therapist and receptionist we ever worked with. Great results and wonderfully children-oriented process!
My daughter has been going for a while. Loves her therapist, loves the environment and never has an issue going. Made wonderful progress in her day to day routine.
After my child's evaluation (which I wasn't allowed to observe), I was mailed a report full of technical jargon and test scores. It contained no diagnosis or treatment recommendation. I called to schedule an appointment so they could explain what they found, and was told that it would cost $100/hour out of pocket, because they refused to bill insurance company for it.
