All doctors are amazing, reports and evaluations are top tier - but the act of actually making contact with ANYONE is horrific. It can no longer be blamed on COVID or anything else, they either still dont have enough staff or are blatantly just ignoring you. I have referred quite a few people and all have the same issue, going by reviews seems it’s a common theme with everyone. We have been going to ICCD for years now. They helped us tremendously throughout pandemic, I honestly don’t know what I would have done without those zoom calls. We see Dr. Russcol and she is absolutely amazing, thorough and kindhearted! Thank you ICCD for supporting our family throughout the years.

Please save your money! We spent thousands for a neuropsych evaluation for my daughter with autism. She was seen in June, they said the evaluation would be typed up by Oct 5th....its now Nov 8th and I still have not received the eval results. They do no return calls or update the status of what's happening. Very disappointing. I feel I lost alot of money and have no results for my child to get her iep updated. I wished I had gone somewhere else

This place never answers its phones or returns phones calls, not sure why my daughters Pediatricians practice recommends them but I will sure inform them of the issues we are having.

This place was highly recommended to us. However, I have been trying for almost a month to set up a new patient appointment. I have left several messages with the intake coordinator and also the office directly. I also sent an email that was listed on their website and filled out the on-line request an appointment form twice and no response from them. If you are not taking new patients at this time then that should be better communicated. Very disappointed!
