ICCD is great, getting ahold of anyone can be daunting, but be persistent. ICCD makes everyone sign a full and lengthy financial policy, which isnt the greatest part of going there.. other reviews complaining about not getting the reports with a balance- this is in the financial document they have you sign before stepping foot into ICCD.. people wanting reports before payment is also the reason why you must pay in full at the very first appt now. Its only common sense that you would not get your report before payment is paid... read more

We had our child evaluated for Autism by Dr.Castro and they were sensitive and kind about it. They were able to get the report done on time so my son can get the services.

They will stop ALL services if you don't have your balance paid in full for ALL children in your family - patients for 10+ years too! They do not take MassHealth and they do not offer payment plans.

Avoid this office unless you are seeing a specific provider you already know and trust. We chose ICCD because several family members had good experiences with one doctor. So when it came time for my daughter’s first neuro evaluation, we thought this would be a reliable place. Big mistake. While some of the doctors may be wonderful, the administrative and billing side is an absolute nightmare. We have been going to ICCD for years now. They helped us tremendously throughout pandemic, I honestly don’t know what I would have done without those zoom calls. We see Dr. Russcol and she is absolutely amazing, thorough and kindhearted! Thank you ICCD for supporting our family throughout the years.
